From the humble beginnings in 1948 of a small roadside stand serving burgers, shakes and fries to an American Classic, the French Dip Sandwich. Greg Adamson opened Adamson's French Dip in 2009, our Prime Rib French Dip sandwich is our specialty. Hand selected USDA Prime Rib rubbed with our secret spice blend and slow roasted in a genuine wood-fired oven. It's real and it's rustic, it's about cooking authentically with wood. The hiss of the smoke and the crackle of the fire as the meat roasts is the way it was meant to be. We're all about honest, made from scratch goodness. It's about tradition and producing the very best quality.
