Adamsons specialty is its Prime Rib French Dip sandwich, the beef is USDA Choice, 100% Natural and is selected from Mid-West corn fed cattle, far and away the most flavorful beef available.Adamsons signature flavor and tenderness comes from rubbing the meat with a proprietary spice blend before slowly roasting in their Genuine Oak-Fired oven.The Prime Rib beef is sliced to order directly in front of the customer and piled high on a super soft fresh baked French roll with Adamsons own authentic jus created from meat drippings and our secret herbs and spices. Its like a tiny bowl of French onion soup, minus the onions.In addition to the dip sandwiches, Adamsons serves four Oak-Fired BBQ sandwiches where Tri-Tip, Pulled Pork and Chicken are featured.The small menu also offers crispy seasoned French fries, beer battered onion rings, homemade potato salad, cole slaw and wood-oven roasted beans with more heat than sweet. And Adamsons makes there own premium draft root beer. OUR COMPANY

Since 1948 the Adamson family has been proud to serve only the highest quality ingredients. Greg Adamson's father Jack Adamson opened his first restaurant called the "Town Grill" in St. Paul, Minnesota serving burgers, shakes and fries. In 1953, he opened the "The Last Frontier". Greg was raised in the restaurant business and wanted to follow in his dads foot steps, he knew that if he kept it simple and used only the best ingredients he could create the world's greatest French dip sandwich. Greg tested his French dip sandwiches on friends, family and by renting booths at local Art & Wine festivals. When he was convinced that he had something really special he started his search for the perfect location. In 2008 he came across a small building in Sunnyvale, California. It was soon afterward that the first Adamson's French Dip would open. What makes Adamson's French Dip different from the rest is that it's damn good honest food, served fast at a decent price! Adamson's definition of fresh is worlds apart from everyone else's. The meats are roasted in a real wood-fired oven, sliced to order and served on bread that is baked fresh everyday, it's the best of the best!
