From the humble beginnings in 1948 of a small roadside stand serving burgers, shakes and fries to an American Classic, the French Dip Sandwich. Greg Adamson opened Adamson's French Dip in 2009, our Original French Dip sandwich is the specialty. Hand selected Certified Angus beef rubbed with a secret spice blend and slow roasted in our genuine wood-fired oven. It's real and it's rustic, it's
